Intro Absolute Yoga in Luzern

Dax Dissopa and Kasi Wicker, the owners of Bikram Yoga Lucerne invited to an Intro to Absolute Yoga. 8 women and 5 men accepted the offer – among them Valentina who practises normally in Zurich, Jaras, the teacher from Zurich and of course the owners themselves. The temperature is exactly 40 degrees as it is during a Bikram yoga lesson. We are curious how Corinne Korner, the new Absolute-Yoga-teacher will cope. She did her 200-hours-course in Koh Samui in Thailand.

Some postures are the sames as in the traditional Bikramyoga. Yet in Absolute yoga there are 50 postures instead of Bikram’s 26. The colon is twisted more, the arm strengh has special treating as have the belly muscles. The class is more dynamic. Corinne who is a dancer likes the flow in Absolute yoga. Even more than Bikram yoga that she practises in Lucerne. Starting next year 2 she can teach this sort of yoga. Thanks to Dax and Kasi!
